well it can be done after looking at it I think a one piece unit is the way to go
I will have a one piece made ASAP just got to fing a good steel bar stock
it will weigh a tad more but that should help muzzle flip/rise I will do the inpact end as well and I will park it too

Are you still thinking one piece? I don't see how that can work the same. That cone inside traps the high pressure gases and slows their exit...if you look at the pics of them dissassembled you can see how they work. It's almost like a gas trapper...

If you look up the definition of a suppressor in the Criminal Code, it says nothing about "trapping" gas, only about being designed or intended to reduce/muffle/eliminate the report or a firearm.
I can tell you from first hand experience that the Krink in NO WAY supresses the sound of my AR.

cool I didn't mean it as that...my Krink is at a machine shop being made
I may send one to Skullboy to T&E side by side with his...if he wants to..

Skullboy, do you know if there is any specific requirement by law with regard to exactly how much sound reduction constitutes a supressor, any specific decible numbers? Reason I ask is would it then be possible to produce a can that comes close enough without breaking any laws.

The Government is pretty vague on the specifics of suppressors, but from what I under stand anything device/item that decreases the sound of a firearm by ANY amount can be classed as a supressor.I have never found an actual DB limit regarding this.

Besides, it seems that the muzzle device in question doesn't muffle the muzzle blast, it simply directs it downrange. Besides, it increases recoil, any real suppressor decreases recoil.
