I tried the MK1 handguard on mine and it over extends past the shroud like 2" making it look kinda goofy, and adds an unneeded 2" in oal to an already nicely compact rifle.

No 30 round mags and 10/30 pinned versions are out of stock. A guy on ####### wants $550 for 5 pinned 30rd mags....pass!

Took mine off. Ended up removing all the rails and putting it back on. I like the sleek look and feel.
It looks cool without the handguard too though, with that little can sticking out.

No underside pic rail on the reciever. The handguard is flush mounted.

I’ve thought long and hard about this rifle. It’s the 10 round magazines and a price about $300 too high that take it down a notch for me.

Argh… it is very distinctive tho.

What’s the build quality like? Is this a family heirloom?

I'm super dumb because I have three of the 22lrs! Great guns, fun to slightly mod and everyone gets one when we're at the range. Lol!

Do they have the same recoil mitigating action as the regular even it is only 22lr?

that mk1 rail is alot longer than it looks.

It's a clamp on, like some muzzlebrakes can be.
