Since it's a rimfire belt feed system that would accommodate the common lower receivers of the AR15 and M16 style of firearms. Also each upper feeds ammunition from our woven fabric belts or our Nylon disintegrating links. So has anyone tried these or are these not available for Canada?

I've had discussion with the CFC/RCMP regarding rimfire beltfeds, and they are legal (semi-only) but would be restricted due to being either part of an AR (LM-7) or restricted due to barrel length.

upper

the upper would not be restricted at all. the barrel is interchangable for different length so if you have a long enough barrel, and applied it to a different lower, it should be non restricted.
of course it would probable be esier to purchase the other belt feed they have I think it is the vindicator or something like that.. it has a wood stock and looks kinda like a johnson.
they alos make mini kits for the 1919 and 1917 in 22 semi. they would be restricted due to barrel length.

Ar variant, always restricted... Even if its single shot...

I would think that if it was applied to a completely different lower it would be non restricted as long as that lower(frame) was non restricted

One of the factors the RCMP uses to determine if a lower is an AR15 variant is if the lower will mount and fire an AR15 upper.

Any receiver that can mount any AR15 upper would be restricted.
