Some benchrest guys online claim 30-40+ reloads from Lapua brass. They also say they anneal every loading.
Tom Sarver, I believe the current world record holder with a 1.403" group at 1000yards, claims his record breaking group was set with Lapua brass on it's 58th loading. That was with a wildcat he called the 300 Hulk which is a 338 Lapua Magnum case necked down for a .308" bullet. I have no idea what kind of pressure it peaks at which greatly effects brass life.
Many people online will vehemently refute claims like these and call all these people liars. I've never used Lapua brass so can't say but have gotten RP and Win brass to 7-8 firings, annealing every 3-5 firings, and still haven't lost a case to a split or loose primer pocket.
