3 Point white tail buck down. He was already rutting. I caught him with a group of 5 does. One shot in the neck with My Ruger M77 Hawkeye African in 338 win mag using 225 gr Hornady interbonds at 135 yards did the job. Dropped on the spot.

First moose I shot in 2016 with a Sako 75 Finnlight in .308, dropped with a lung shot and another to the neck. Antler spread 56.25"

These things sure are big. I went out with some friends and we ended up getting one. I was using a 9.3x62 with 285gn Norma Oryx bullets. My first shot broke the shoulder and took out part of the aorta upon closer inspection. Backed up by a friend with a .375, we both put a couple more shots into the animal. It dropped 15yds back in the trees. Lots of meat to go around now!

Bulls can go anywhere from 1300-2200lbs. If I had to guess, I would say this one was 1600ish.
