What is the name?Anyone purchased from this business before? Looking to get some feed back before I purchase something.
Pretty positive he’s got an account on here, swore I saw some of his SAA revolvers in the EE a ways back.
Its a 780 number, perhaps get your eye prescription checked.Kind of scary with only a 1-700 telephone number and email address. Would be nice to know which city he is in .
Laugh all you want at my prices but I was always told you can come down but it's pretty hard to go up in price. They are what they are until you show you're not a tire kicker.
Good for you on the thunderer! Those can be a tough sell due to their finicky nature. You are absolutely correct, willing buyer willing seller. To be fair the whole antique market is in a wild place right now, I wouldn’t personally say I’ve seen any of your listings that stood out as more outrageous than anyone else.
There’s a guy trying to sell an average grade Thunderer in Ontario right now on GP for $3500, which has been a weekly breakdown from $4k, he’s also trying to sell a prepackaged case of 41LC you can buy from Rustywoods for $300 at $400.
Mind you I sold a refinished Thunderer 6” barrel for $6k last year so no shame. It’s worth what someone’s going to pay for it and they aren’t making new antique revolvers anymore.
Antiques, so hot right now.
Ah, the general quality of available antiques is seriously wanting. I couldn't believe the very poor examples in the last couple of gun shows. We are definetely in the era of mostly rubbish availability. Hard to get around that without paying a significant premium when good ones less commonly pop up. Just glad I got into the game more than a couple of decades ago.I think you are correct. Average to below average condition antiques combined with top dollar prices. 32 RF Colt Newline in average condition for $1,500, hahaha,
