Got my rifle the other day. I just noticed something. I ordered a Type 81 SR. Why does it say T81SA on my unit? I thought the SA was an older variant. Or am I reading something wrong?

For me, they sent the "Shipped" email the day before I had an attempted delivery. They shipped on time, but didn't mark it as shipped until a few days later

Ordered mine on 19 October (got transfer notification very same day), received it today.

OUTSTANDING customer service from TI. Had a few back and forth with them via email. Same day responses.

Next year, they are all type 81 but I guess you mean SE type fixed and folding stock.

Don't get too excited about the folder, I find it the most inconvenient to shoot.
