LeBaron preorder 1320 rounds of Russian 7.62x39 Surplus $192

Called the Mississagua store on Friday morning (Oct 7th) said they were sold out; same with Markham store. Hopefully someone will bring in some more!

It just got certified by the Canadian authorities. A dealer account will be set up shortly and prices will follow. Should be around $80 for 500 rounds.

The crate I got in Montreal also contains brass case stamped 50.
 
I just read on Lebaron's site that they have more of this ammo incoming, they state around the end of October. We can only hope.:)

anyone shooting 7.62x54R and x25tt should get on the web site and ask them to bring in this stuff too. If they know there is a market for the military surplus stuff they may bring it in.
 
It just came in today, I picked up my pre-order case at the Markham store, mine is the brass cased ones.

they only got in 80 cases and I believe at least 30 of those were pre order.

Good for you neal.. they have prolly gone up 10% since you ordered them;)

If I didnt have 4 thousand rounds id be getting over there!.:D
 
I just picked up a crate at the Markham location. I see 61 marked on the steel case (I was hoping for copper). For $192+taxes, it's a great deal! I almost wanted to buy another SKS... I'll wait when the registry is gone for good. This will last me a while. I haven't even burned 1/2 crate of first crate of ammo I bought 2 years ago.

Yeah, I was lucky I guess, they are still berden primed I believe so it would be a b tch to reload them as I don't know where to get those primers but maybe I sell the brass for scrap. Mine are marked 49
 
I just ordered a case.

The Montreal store says they have 50 some cases left.

I'm stoked, can't wait till next week!

Edit to add: I was charged $275 for it on my credit card, they said shipping was $45 to my house in Moncton.

I'm not sure what Quebec tax is but it doesn't add up for N.B. tax...

Oh well, I still saved money not getting it local.
