3 Weeks ago i got a case stuck in my 30-06 full length sizing die. While trying to remove the case i priety much destroyed the threading for the neck siding rod locking collet. I mail it back to lee with a short description of what went wrong, including the fact that i drstroyed the threading through the use of brute force and ignorance.
Yesterday i open the mail box, and waiting for me is a package. It has a brand new die, a tube of lee case lube, and the most important thing in my mind. A hand written note explaining how to avoide getting a stuck case in the future, as well as them stating that it may have been possiable that the inner die was not polished enough orignally. And the tech wishing me good luck with the new die.
This is by far the most amazing customer service i have ever experienced in my life.
