Try dialing a scope with your left hand from the prone position.
98% of shooters would never find a reason to dial the side reticle when shooting. Top one, yes.
(98%) is just my guess.
Try dialing a scope with your left hand from the prone position.
Use what you like.
i am left handed, and have used right handed bolts on a normal basis. Left handed rifles feel extremely awkward to me.
The one thing I have never understood is how so many left handers feel the need to work the bolt with the left hand. Waaaaaaay more awkward and slow. Use your right hand/support hand, and you can work the bolt as fast as an experienced right hander, simple as that.
With the open part of the action, being on the wrong side I agree with, but I way more prefer having all functions within sight.
there is no wrong way, just more awkward.
tikka t3 for me.
I had a t3 hunter stainless in 300wm. Was just too light of a rifle in my opinion. Practicing with it was brutal.
Now I have the 6.5x55 and I'd really like to find that rifle in a LH stainless laminate set up!
LOL sure
As for the lefty bolt gun you use your support hand to cycle the bolt
