Well, I wanna go shoot this puppy this weekend, so I'm making this public. I don't want any Bubba's or uninformed LEO's giving me any grief, so I'm posting the new FRT number for the 8.5" and some pics for you all to drool over. This gun is NON-RESTRICTED!!

My Remmy 870 8.5" with pistol grip and custom thread protector.

The same Remmy with breacher added on.

Business end.

I don't make the rules, I just follow them. The new FRT#2058-132 is for 8.5" w grip, I'm not sure about the 6.5" FRT#, I will post it when I get it.

Now does anyone here make holsters? :D

Sorry. These are NON-RESTRICTED. The "sharp thing on the end" is used to blow hinges and locks off doors for forced entry into buildings, used primarily for LEO use, but looks cool. The sharp edges stick into the wood on the door frame so it doesn't move around.
Woo hoo!

Edit: Sharp thing.

Around 18" I think. Like I said, I don't make the rules....

I don't know what it (the muzzle attachment) is for sure but I think it's for use with the tungsten dust rounds in a little plastic sabot to get rid of door hinges:confused:

these are the breacher rounds:

I'm kind of confused as this guy says you have to hold the shotgun 6" away from whatever you want to shoot with these rounds

2 - 3" + 1 in the pipe
or
3 - 2 3/4" + 1 in the pipe

You may be right as I'm just assuming. Either that or its used for drilling holes!! LOL.

I figger its best to have it and not need it than need it and not have it! I doubt I'll ever use it for that application.

Oh, did I mention it would be folly not to keep the FRT# handy at all times!

You can engrave it on the gun as long as it doesn't change the manufacture's markings or the serial number.

I'm just gonna keep the number handy with the gun along with the CFC ruling.

While 8.5 is fine, I'm pretty sure you need still follow overall length rules in which case this doesnt reach those whatsoever.

ssssssss

sorry , 26 inches is the rule, they have made it unrestricted based on a proper stock, you need to make sure it is over 26 or you are hooped, this is not legal in this configuration to carry

It's not "waived".

Call the CFC.

You still have not explained. Is that because you can't explain? As in this is a mistake on the part of the CFC? Otherwise, I don't get it. I was also under the impression there was an overall length limit on shotguns. Even with factory barrels.

I would lose the breech attachment real quick and look into getting a better looking pistol grip. That grip isn't very pretty.
