Mods, we need a sticky on this.
1) All centerfire semi's (rifles and shotguns) must have an 18.5" or longer barrel to be non-restricted.
2) All manual action centerfire (rifles and shotguns) and all rimfire long guns (semi's and manual action) can be any barrel length above 106mm, but it cannot be cut to that length, it must be manufactured at the short length.
3) If you are cutting a barrel down on a manual action centerfire long gun or any rimfire long gun (semi's included), it must be 18" long or longer when finished. Shorter becomes a prohibited gun. If cutting down a semi centerfire barrel, 18.5" is the limit.
4) All long guns, centerfire or rimfire, semi or manual action, must also be longer than 26" OAL in their shortest configuration to avoid being classified as restricted.
