What do they do to make that guarantee? Arnt all their guns hand fit anyway?
Haven’t seen anything conclusive but I was told by a distributor that they start by testing and screening the barrels and then build the gun around it. He said that is why if you special order something unique, you can’t just switch mid process and ask for a 1.5” gun. He said he thought they might put some extra attention into the fitting as well but wasn’t sure. I can’t really tell a difference between mine. Both seem equally tight, though I know that is not the only element in fitting a gun.
That is what I did I ended up getting a Premier II super excited !!!!Assuming it is a legit, repeatable guarantee, you'd have to be a pretty good shot to appreciate the difference.
I have one with and one without. They are close. All things being equal, you might as well get the 1.5 if the option is available. If it is a matter of a special order and passing up a standard model that is in stock, I wouldn't hesitate to get the standard model.
SWEET !! good to know what ammo are you using? When I ordered mine, I didn't bother with the accuracy guarantee. I don't regularly shoot beyond 25m and I don't think I have the ability to really take advantage of the enhanced accuracy.

Congrats. You'll love it.
They had the monolith as well it was hard to choose between the two but I went with premier II. Now to some good load development I wonder how my 4.5grns titegroip 230grn campro's will shoot out of it
My favourite load for 45 ACP remains the good old 200gr cast SWC over 4gr Titegroup(light target load) or 5gr Titegroup(IPSC major load),loaded to about 1.245LOA.These off a rest routinely will make a large ragged hole per magazine at 25yds from my LB premier 2.
