It is a Eotech holographic sight with somogear NGAL VIS/IR laser on a riser. You can hip fire this with laser turned on. Super accurate. Super fun. Super not practical.

1895 Guide Gun 45-70 ported. First lever gun I purchased, around January 2000. Has a Leupold 2.5 scout scope and Ashley Outdoors ghost ring and front sights.

First mod on my Henry- a RPP take down screw. The only problem is that It was a very bright, shiny brass that was classy, but much too bright for what I wanted. I added some patina and it looks much better!

What did you do to add patina? I'd say it "aged" it perfectly.

Thanks! I used Birchwood Casey black brass touch up. I just put a bit on a Q tip and dabbed, rubbed, and wiped off until I got the effect that I wanted.
