Having handled both the URX4 handguard in M-LOK and Keymod I would personally go with the MLOK. I think we're going to see MLOK continue to grow at a faster pace than keymod.
Last year alone MLOK was out selling Keymod around 3 to 1. I also notice a lot of the KAC guys in the states switching to MLOK URX4's

The lower needs the corresponding upper. Putting an AR10B lower on an AR10A upper won't work.

That rule is only on the 100, 200 yard ranges. Who rapid fires for precision shots anyways!!!
You have several action ranges to mag dump if you want at the same club.
And yes most of the added rules are from a bunch of idiots not following protocol.
People do dumb #### and the rest of us get stuffed....but the ROs there are cool once they know your solid.
No complaints here.
