Let's see all your AR-10 rifles, Armalite, Knights Armament, Mega Arms all of them

Provided it's still compatible with an AR10 upper/lower...and seeing as that is an original Armalite AR10 (regardless of stampings) it'll be Restricted.

The law says that an AR10 manufactured with auto capability is prohibited, but the courts ruled years ago that an original Armalite AR10 manufactured as a semi-auto would be non-restricted. The one thing it can't be is restricted, unless it has a short barrel.

I have not heard of anyone trying to import an example of an AI AR-10 rebuilt onto a US aftermarket semi-auto receiver. Based on previous court rulings it should be non-restricted, but you would likely end up arguing it before a judge and it's something of a gamble.
Worst case scenario it gets deemed restricted, it wouldn't be prohibited.

The question was asked because a Canadian friend very much wants to have my spare lower receiver. Importing (legally) it into Canada would be the next step.
