Let's see some pic's of your SxS's & O/U's

Here is my latest addition....Browning Citori 725 Trap Max, 32" adjustable POI barrels with Invector DS chokes, grade 5 wood, factory installed Gracoil and Pachmayr XLT trap pad. Traded my Citori XT Trap towards it at Prophet River and it came with this beautiful Browning hard leather bound case.

Browning B-SS, early production, 12-gauge, 28" tubes, modified & full. Built like a brick sh!thouse. Fits me well, I think. Fun to shoot American Trap with. I got half-decent with it, as a total trap n00b, and quickly. Then I tried it at skeet and nearly lost my mind laughing.

One of the most pleasing, most well-made things I own. I need to bring it out into sunlight more often.

About a year ago I purchased a beautiful Atkin 12 gauge sidelock ejector with a sidelever. Got it from Londonshooter. A number of pics have been posted previously.
I have been curious about seeing the inside of the locks but lacked the knowledge and courage to remove the locks. Last week I was passing through Cranbrook BC and made arrangements with Martin Hagn to remove the locks. They were made by Joseph Brazier and are so marked along with their trademark name "Ashes". I'm posting 2 pics for your information. The locks are beautifully done and the side lever is an incredibly intricate piece.

I'm thrilled you are loving that gun, Bill. It is as fine a one as has ever passed through my hands. I used to let the empty hulls fly rather than catching them, just to marvel at the timing of the ejectors.

I shot this gun at sporting clays last week---only a few stations but that was enough to tell me that it fits me and the modified and full chokes really bust targets. I used Gamebore 1 oz 2 1/2" paper shells---the recoil is noticeable as the gun weighs 6 1/2 lbs. You're right the ejectors kicked out the empty hull with authority.

F.J. Clarke Hammer Double

I recently picked up a back action 12ga F.J.Clarke hammer double shotgun with an underlever. It has 29.5" twist barrels with very good bores. There is a fair amoumt of engraving including birds on the side plates. It has a straight stock and the wood and checkering are very good as well. The splinter forend intrigues

I admit, "F. J. Clarke" has me stumped, I can't find the name in any of the reference works and usual databases. And I can't quite make out the rib inscription/address after the name. Can I assume Birmingham proofs? Or might they be Belgian? It looks like the chequering was nicely re-done.

The rib is inscribed F.J.Clarke Bourne. I thought you would know this maker for sure. He might be the business that sold the gun and it was made by someone else.It has birmingham proofs
