Thanks Nathan,
I am a big fan of Brit sxs's but I always seem to have a few American guns as well.
My current Sporting clays/Crow Crusher/Goose Thumper is a Parker Bros DH 12 gauge with 32" barrels, straight grip, choked IM & IM which I have recently had restocked & reblacked. It was made in 1903 & belonged to two well off Montrealers who burned lots of powder.

There's also a 16 gauge Parker VH in the stable.

This one is a French made 1898 Manufrance Ideal 20. Unusual 30" barrels.
Gentlemen - some very nice pieces displayed (English, European and American) in the recent last pages. Thanks very much for taking the time to post those images.
Unorthodox design.....first time I've seen something like that. When you are able to, a bit more details around that and it's operation will be much appreciated. Thanks,
Anyways here is my lone SxS, which I am almost embarrassed to share in the company of these fine guns.
I have always loved the look of a merkel shotgun. Have never held one but i did hold a simson suhl (I believe thats the name) in 16 guage that fit like a glove. Loved the raised cheek piece. Very nice shotguns. Good to see this thread is having some success.
