Okay, "Chubby" was a foolish mistake by a newbie.

This thing is either very funny or a declaration of war against good taste, style beauty and all the other crap we SxS lovers hold dear.

I bet the fabrication of that thing took less than 5 minutes from conception to finished product.

I don't know what's happened to this thread lately but I can't believe we all don't have any new gun #### to post.
It's been so long since I've seen something new I felt the need to go out and buy something just to add to the thread.

Here is a new to me very high grade Manufrance Ideal circa 1925. I'm ecstatic to have got it as I have been after one for several years and this one is a beauty. A little barrel and stock work will bring it back to "Ideal" condition and I'll post updated photos when that work is done.

These pics don't do it justice.

Just like to say thanks to the fellow CGN member who thought of me when it was time to sell.

Happy Hunting All!

Recently restored by Nick Makinson. Barrels etc. just blackened and is dipped in oil, hence the look.

It has ejectors and the address on the rib is "Charles Boswell, 7 S. Molton St, Bond St. London W."

Oberndorf, I believe I was carefully semi-fondling that gun last I was in Makinson's shop. Looks better in the flesh!!

BTW "Carefully semi-fondling" means getting as close to the gun as would leave Makinson comfortable and the unknown owner pleased the interloper had suitable respect for his property.

Cheers and thanks to the last few posts for bringing this thread back to life.
