Just had FAB furniture put on mine and am using a 1X4.5 scope as the LOP is now good to go. I intend to convert to LAR mags as they are far superior to the ones that came with the gun. Who makes the best conversion for this or is there only one a person should use?

How many rounds can you ram in there?

Correct these are XCR 7.62 10 round pistol mags with reversed lar coupler. Some Ar mags will feed 7.62x39 round without any issues and others wont.
From my own experience the best ones are "banana" ar mags

I bought 3 because they were cheap. This particular flash hider is the test fit. The actual hider I'll use, will be cut slightly longer, tab cut off and notched for the spring-lock pin.

I did some whittling. I made the wood furniture, the fore grip, cheek piece, and butt stock.
I'm planing on modifying the cheek piece it a bit more, dial it it for even more personal comfort.
The wood is Padauk.

How's that Vortex holding up?
I had a bushnell trs25 on my vz58 compact sporter 7.5 inche barrel with a break, and the trs couldn't hold up to the vibration thst gun made.
Ir was shutting down on me. I replaced it with an aimpoint patrol and problem solved
