yes it does.

Got that grip on my vz58.

Not without some mods to the grip itself though right?

mods to your gun unfortunately but nothing major.

I removed the seat around the original grip with a dremel.

You wont hurt your gun but the original grips wont fit as it used to be.

Not quite done yet. This spring when it warms up enough that I can spend serious time in the garage without getting frostbite, I'm going to work up a custom pistol grip and lower handguard out of some aged oak I have lying around (same material I used for the cheek rest on the folding wire stock) and stain it all to match the cheek rest.

The pistol grips are a bit short for my meat-hooks, so my pinky ends up doing the fancy-tea drinker dangle. And I want to play a bit with the LHG to get something that fits me just right. Also, don't want to stain the surplus wood.

My AR is an AR. And will only ever be an AR. Great gun, but it just fails to inspire or excite me.

The 858, on the other hand... True love.

I haven't gotten around to using them yet... Got them on a trade thing.

Really, REALLY like the two part "special forces" brake. Keeps the gun nice and flat when shooting.

Just deciding on a muzzle device for it.

An ambi-safety that worked on the CSA's would likely complete it.

Not cheap considering what you can pick a normal one up for, but for me who has a lot of experience on firearms that have left side charging handles, it's perfect.
