Does anyone know if this series of scopes have been discontinued, since I do not see them on the Leupold site anymore, maybe a VX2I series are coming?

price seems high. what is the replacements ? vx2i ?

They are always way over priced and I guess the reason for that is because the distributor has the retailers sign agreements not to sell them for less than a recommended price, except when they are discontinued models, however still over priced for what they are! I guess that is why some retailers will sell them for less if you go into the store in person and ask. I am not saying that Leupolds are bad scopes, in fact I think they are quite good, especially in regards to weight compared to other manufacturers scopes.

Dropped the fixed 12 as well
I wonder what they will do when they need to replace these no longer made scopes under warranty?

I think I heard that if that happens they tend to replace it with the next best scope with similar specs.....

Thanks for posting this Rhino
I didn't think they could make scopes appear any cheaper than the VX3i series but they did.
