Liberals looking at all out handgun/assault rifle ban!

The liberals are up for a extra large!! LAW SUIT...…..:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

What would possibly make anyone think they care about a law suit?

It's not as though they would be paying the lawsuit out of their own pockets.

They pass the law that does the damage and pay for the damage with our own tax dollars.

Tried to post in the comment section on Radio Canada Web page. Something about Minister Blair doing his job, on tracing serial no on stolen hand guns from the Toronto massacre. Will not post

my comments. The commies are doing there best to control the narrative.

they will NEVER confiscate ####,they dont have the resources, and 99% of these guns would be reported as destroyed, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it,it's YOUR private property and you are in your full rights to destroy them, the only requirement is to report it,now whether or not it was actually done is anybody's guess.but i'm pretty sure they know where these things would wind up,LOL.

You better do some research but hey I will help you. Queen still owns 1/6th of all land in the world, part of your property taxes is rent paid to her. We live in fantasy land of illusions and lies ssssssshhh don't wake up the sheep.

Technically, all land in Canada, in the nine provinces which use Common Law, except native land under treaty, is “owned” by the Crown. This is like the situation in the U.K and other parts of the British Commonwealth which recognize the Queen as sovereign, and which share Common Law. However, one possessing the deed or title to land has a root claim in “tenancy” granted by the Crown sometime in the past (not tenant as we usually think of it in English, as a renter, but from the French word tenir, “to hold”.)

This right of possession includes the freedom to transfer the land, or encumber it with a lien.

To my mind, the subtlety of this indirect ownership is to leave the door open to expropriation for the common good, or to permit revocation in the event of non-payment of property taxes.

In Canada, every government level, federal, provincial, and municipal has the power of expropriation, to take use of the land back to the Crown, upon payment of fair market value. Even their agencies, such as school boards and crown corporations have this power and exercise it routinely. A recent example of a large scale, multi-million dollar expropriation project in my city - Property expropriation underway for Hurontario LRT.

I realized something today.

I am not proud to be a Canadian, even though I wore a maple leaf on my uniform epaulette.

I feel like a criminal, when I've never committed a felony or significant crime (my two speeding tickets in 25+ years are my worst offences).

I've never pointed a gun at another human being, although I can't say the same about small and large game.

This government has destroyed this country, decimated morale, neglected taxpaying citizens, and reinforced that we have no identity.

My family and I are officially looking to move the US. I refuse to put up with 4 more years of this sh*t. I'd rather Trump's shenanigans than Comrade Trudeau's determination to destroy what was a great country.

i have to agree,it's kinda hard to be a proud Canadian these days with a freakin Liberal moron as PM,the world laughs at us for electing such an idiot, but dont move to the US just yet,Trudope and his Liberal retards are their way to extinction come next elections, just like Ontario destroyed the Liberals and brought them down to TOTAL IRRELEVANT party,Federal Liberals are next,

So as someone fairly new to shooting, and a person who just put a sizeable down payment on a handgun... How worried should I be? Should I cancel my order and wait?

To the contrary..... as a firearm owner and being a member of a gun club you are supporting us all in this cause. Even more importantly, in Ontario where opinions are stacked against us.

This hit me right in the feels. Especially the lack of national identity. Who are we? We have no defining characteristics anymore as a culture other then letting other people walk all over us.

As I said on the other thread. this will be a full out ban on handguns and all semi automatics.

N, it won't.

The police will still have theirs... Why I don't know.
I mean if a ban is passed and no one has a gun.... Why do the police need them?

I don't know about this man. Look, if it was so easy for a group of limp-wristed, left leaning nutless wonders, to pull our national identity apart; maybe it wasn't that important a thing in the first place?

I don't believe that either, though. I think that we've been trying to have it both ways (ie. "National identity" and "multicultural" are simply not compatible).

This round of the leftist lie is coming to an end; with them falling far short of where they had hoped to be, by the time they were finally discovered. Their attempt to consolidate is failing, and all across the Western world, we are watching them scurry around in panic like a bunch of roaches when the lights turn on.

They are desperate and are grasping at straws. It's dangerous, but still funny and satisfying to watch

Thats the whole point. In a socialist/communist utopia there is no national identity, no binding culture or history. Just good or bad communists, or in our case, good or bad consumers. They have been eroding Western identity and culture for the better part of the last 70 years and the boomers did nothing to stop it. If you wish to see how Canada will look in 10-15 years just take a quick glance at Paris France or London England.

Enjoy.

It is definitely hard to feel any sense of pride to come from a country like this.
