oldporters - are those gold triggers factory? If not, what are they and where did you get them?
They are gold anodized triggers that came with this specific model. KMKIII45HEB. It was a distributor exclusive model for Ellett Brothers 75th year anniversary special run . 749 was made according to the ruger collector association forum. And somehow I luck boxed my way into 2 of them. It also came with red aluminum pistol grips
That's interesting. Do you have a pic with the aluminum grips? I have my VQ trigger with no creep, short reset, and breaking at 1.25 lbs. Often when I let someone try the pistol I have a hard time getting it back from them.![]()

Those grips look great. I've not heard of aluminum grips on a MKIII before.
Mine was about 60$ ( victory flat faced trigger ) and about 5mins to install
