Correct me if I'm wrong, but just to start out with:

no, not really. It is reportedly possible in the odd sample but will jam up many 870's tighter than a frog's arse. Maybe you can get it to work in your gun, but that model doesn't go on this list.

I've never heard of a recent production 870 that cannot be ghost loaded (new style lifter with the cutout). Would be interested to hear otherwise.
