Some stuff I would add to the list:
Salt, pepper and other spices
Pots and pans
Cooking and eating utensils (Knives/forks/spoons, as well as flipper and tongs for BBQ'ing)
Dish soap and rags for washing the stuff above
Cooking oil and/or butter or margarine (need something to fry those grouse in)
Paper towels or better yet those blue shop towels from Can Tire
Broom
Not essential but I bought one of those Coleman "hot water on demand" units with the hand shower. Having a hot shower during a hunt is a bit of a luxury, but then so is a camper. Sure beats jumping into a near freezing lake or stream.
