Eaglelord: Norwegian politroops did actually have 3000 of the AG42's, but they were all in 6,5x55. These rifles were used by the Homeguard into the 1950's sometime (when they got K98K's in 30-06 as standard arm). Unmodified AG42's still show up from time to time in Norway, but the majority of the rifles were most likely sold back to sweden in the 50's and upgraded to the B model.
