I think you're missing my point, but I guess I wasn't entirely clear. During a course of fire, a competitor reaches into a rear pocket and uses a magazine, but while they do so, your realize that the magazine is clearly more than 5cm away from their torso.
A magazine that does not start within 5cm of the competitors torso does not comply with the rules and regulations of ANY division, so what happens if the competitor grabs a magazine from a pocket and t's quite clear to you that the magazine is more than 5cm away from the competitor's torso?
You can't simply bump them into open, because they haven't even met the divisional requirements for open.
When the timer starts the competitors equipment must comply with division rules and regulations.
