That's true, but the 416 is politically a no-go, I'm sure a lot of 905 bordering the 416 is the same.

You open one in/around Ingersoll/Dorchester near the 401 you will get all the country boys plus the surrounding cities attending.

Believe it or not, Ingersoll would be a prime location. Real Estate costs are pretty low compared to the GTA, Kitchener / Waterloo & London, and would be close proximity to the 401.

It would be just east of the Tottenham Rd and just north of Hwy 9. I matched their picture of the building with Google earth. I believe it was dependent on selling x number of memberships by Christmas (2016).

Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, anywhere in mid or South Durham Region. My suspicion is that any of these locations wouldn't need to look for members.

I'd look at the range in Gormley, it would be a good indicator of what the area can sustain, and by how well.

Dons view is not very accessible. Cherry St has DVP and Gardiner. Not to mention public transit.

And I am just around the corner.
