Sent about 5 emails, no response.

Did the exact same but with 5 calls instead with nobody picking up. Best of luck trying to get into contact with them.

That's been my experience as well when I sent a couple of emails with questions.

I must be the odd man out. I’ve had an easy time reaching them and if not they get back to me in short order.

I've also had no issues getting lockhart to respond to question. Samuel himself usually emails back same day. It would be a good idea for lockhart to maybe give updates whenever a shipment goes out with a serial range. I'm sure that would calm alot of people down knowing where they stand in line.

I have usually been able to get a response via email within one business day or less. I imagine that the inbox is probably flooded and this operations seems to have a limited amount of employees and even less admin staff.

I didn’t ask about the timeframe,just wanted to get my paid order add d under my store account.

I’m not really in that big a hurry for the gen 3 upper anyway as I’ve got an gen 2 and been super busy loading ammo for my guns.. it’s full blown winter here

Just ordered a blem 556 Raven platinum in black. The waiting now begins. I think I am going to have to switch out the handguard asap as the stock one looks to be a little much.

I don't know about him but it was very quick with ordering a blem version myself. Ordered Feb 12 an ODG blem platinum and it was at my doorstep feb14. I do live in the same province so shipping was very quick.

Took my last order from dec 15 to get here just yesterday. Lots people been waiting 6weeks+. First blem took that long in black. That color seems to take the longest.
