Why do I even bother on this site and this is the very reason why I can’t elaborate my story. Point proven. If people are threatening me on here that’s fine and I do understand that some people have a whole lot of time on their hands to go that extra mile to find everything out on the Internet. It’s easy for some to sit back on their recliners on their couch after like 8 rye and gingers and type crap out. Lol, I get it. You guys have a good day lmao.

This thread was about a customer who was pissed off about what he thought was bad service, then you drop in and post about giving a customer bad service.

Both sides to this subject seem equal. Both could've handled the situtation better. Neither will be put out. Plenty of other stores eager for more sales and a business established enough that one customer being vocal will only be a blip in the bottom line. Fun read but nothing out of the ordinary. Moving on.
 
I understand that the situation might have been annoying but swearing will get a person nowhere in these situations right or wrong. Morgan may have misunderstood just like half of this thread what you were talking about or asking him. Cooler heads will prevail. For instance just the other day I was at a no heat service call. The customer was swearing and blaming the company acting crazy, there was no getting through to this guy. As icing on the cake, I then told him that we would have to order the part and it will take two days to be delivered, so he had no heat waiting for two days.... the joke was on him as I had the part in my truck the whole time. If he was nice or acted somewhat normal I would have fixed it on the spot lol. That night my house was sitting at 74 degrees, I wonder what his was!

Hope you are not representing the rest of the HVAC service business...!!! Any chance you can share the name of your business...???

I’m quoting you in this because you will know what I’m talking about.... if a “handy man” customer jumpers out a safety to save money to make his furnace work and my tech doing a maintenance discovers this and will not turn his equipment back on until it’s fixed, then will not let one of my employees leave his house and is blocking him in of course I have to go there. When my employee is shoved, I have to go there. It’s either myself or the police. When there is no reasoning with the customer, I could have replaced the part but this behavior does not get rewarded. I was trying to coles notes my comment as it was nobody’s business but ##### it, here it goes. I’m only sharing this because as an owner I see and appreciate what some of the sponsors on this site go through with some of the whining children on here. I posted this as another example. As per your previous comment about your side work.... I don’t have to do side work as my company is busy year round. Every job I do pays like a side job so please slow your role. Out in the prairies or wherever your from I can guarantee does not see the volume in busy season like we do in the gta.
