1889 and 1911 Schmidt-Rubins are pretty long as milsurps go. Don't have any measurements on hand though.
91/30 Nagant is the longest milsurp I own .... Hard to beat once you put the bayonet on it.
A Snider Enfield is the longest one in my collection. Good thing it's an antique, it doesn't fit in the safe! Quite a bit longer than my M91!
Uhh, now that you mention ceilings, I once got my 91/30 stuck in the door frame of my last bedroom. I was gingerly carrying it after getting the bayo stuck on & it slipped out of my hand. Not wanting to have it fall down the stairs & possibly stab the dog, I overcompensated & with a mighty heave neatly impaled it in the frame. Amazing how easily those mosin bayos penetrate 90yr old pine.

I have at the "Toejhus Museum", Copenhagen, seen muzzle loading rifles with barrels which were about 3-4 meters en lenght. Also during the "Boxer Rebellion", I have seen pictures of chinese soldiers who used that kind of long barreled muzzle loaders against western and japanese forces.
