look what they are selling at Canadian Tire!

I just checked out the St. James avenue location across from Polo Park, but no luck there. Which locations have you come across in Winnipeg that are selling them now? And did they have much of a selection and anything different from what is sold at Cabelas and Wholesale Sports?
Thanks,
Kenaston, McPhillips and Selkirk MB. only.
McPhillips has crates and crates of SKS's. 1950, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 & 56 Russian refurb Tula's. Both hardwood and laminated.

CT retailers have the individual option to sel lfirearms or not - as a matter of fact I will make sure to check out all CT's in Western Canada for deals ;)
When I went to UVic the CT sold Beretta 1201FP's and other non-restricted (at the time) rifles. I try and support them when I can - seems that the retailers in the urban centers arent as keen to sell firearms and ammo ...

god I would love if my crappy tire carried guns. I want an 858. Any in southern Alberta!

The CT on Macloude Train in Calgary has some but their stock is just hunting rifles and some shotguns. The real CT 'gun' store is the one in LEDUC, it has an inventory that is simply awesome. I bought my Tavor there. Also as of today, their store manager just told me that they are no longer going to record PAL info from people that purchase firearms there. Now I will say "Great service, great pricing.Pass it on."

Just snagged another SKS from the local CT - 2 bills, includes sling and two pouches (oiler and 3 stripper clips).

Also grabbed the ATI folding stock for it from CT as well. I think they were asking 130 but I asked for a deal (and surprisingly got one). They're also carrying the non-corrosive rounds.

The best part: "I need your pal for our records."
My response: "A lot of guys fought for my right to show you my PAL to verify I do indeed have one, without anything getting written down for an NR purchase. I hope you don't mind if you write nothing down."
The response: "I completely understand buddy. Let me take your new SKS up to courtesy and have a great day."

I love my local CT guys. They get it.

Our local Canadian Tire (Rimouski, QC) re-opened their firearm department. They only had ammunition and air-gun for the last 10years.

Feels good. No milsurp for now however.
