Looking for information on FN Baby Browning

I do have some information on Brownings, and if you want to PM me with information on this gun, I'd be happy to see what I can find out. "Baby" is a term that was used for both the 1906 (with grip safety) and the smaller, and much later, model. The smaller one was made to compete with the Walther Model 9, and looks very similar. It's among the smallest of .25ACP pistols, and looks considerably smaller than the older Model 1906 (which is pretty much the same as the Colt Model 1908). No promises (Browning manufacturing dates can be difficult), but if you send me your serial number and a description -- overall length would help -- I'd find out what I can.

I believe that these grips came from a 1906 as they don't fit properly and I am guessing that this was made mid fifties
so it can't be inherited.

I will guess it is about 1956-7
I have had a few of these, panels
would be easy to make , but I don't have a pattern
for this model.
Try western gun parts in Edmonton.

Replacement grips

Do a google on GunGrip . com then use the search function to query "baby'. You will find they have proper black replacement grips for your "baby".

I ordered some faux ivory replacement grips with medallions for a Colt 1903 from these guys & was quite impressed:
