"Baby" is a term that was used for both the 1906 (with grip safety) and the smaller, and much later, model. The smaller one was made to compete with the Walther Model 9, and looks very similar. It's among the smallest of .25ACP pistols, and looks considerably smaller than the older Model 1906 (which is pretty much the same as the Colt Model 1908). No promises (Browning manufacturing dates can be difficult), but if you send me your serial number and a description -- overall length would help -- I'd find out what I can.
