Hey all,
I'm just looking for your feedback or opinion on this. I'm thinking about buying a new lever action (because they're awesome and just so damn fun to shoot but i'm looking at the Marlin 1895SBL 45-70 gov't.
I've read that they kick hard but that's no big deal, apparently they're mainly best used for close range in brush within 100 yards and that's fine for me and that they will drop pretty much anything on the planet that breathes oxygen. ..exactly what i'm looking for, so is there really a down side to this gun?
Any thoughts?
