hey , i can TOP that- i have several m14s, and they rank like this- TRW IS NO 1, then the norc, then the springfield, and finally bringing up the rear, the h&r-and yes, i know i'm talking about REAL m14s and cloones at the same time- YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FORwhen it comes to the m14 pattern- when you buy springfield, YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE NAME- they've had more than their fair share of out of spec receivers, broken oprods, and trigger problems- THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE WARRANTY , which becomes moot when you BUY FROM MARSTAR- if it doesn't screw up in the first year, chances are it's not going to- i don't buy a gun on fit and finish, i buy on FUNCTIONALITY AND RELIABILITY- the 14 was concieved as an ugly offspring between a bar and a garand , and no amount of wood and polish is goung to negate that big mag hanging out in nowhere-
Hey today is your lucky day. I'll buy and send two Norinco's for your Springfield. I'll equal that for your prohib TRW or H&R. Just say the word. No point having a rifle that by law does not function. Not when you can have two beautifully crafted mechanical masterpieces in it's place.
