M14 EBR in Afghanistan

The SAGE stock is the M14ALCS with a pistol grip from ERGO (not pictured)

The Detachable Cantilevered Sight Base is from SAGE M14DCSB

The Vertical Fore-Grip is from SAGE.

The Bi pod is a HARRIS, but I'm not sure what model or what mount is being used.

The scope is a Leupold without an illuminated reticle - looks like a Mark 4 3.5-10x40mm LR/T.
I'm not sure what rings are being used...

I would love to take one of those to the Service Matchs! Anyone want to lend me one?

Okay seriously now, how much does an EBR cost without the scope? I should build one and be the life of the party at Connaught this summer.

Have fun doing the run down with it:D not to mention no bipods are allowed to be used

If ever I do get one for a match, you will all see it in youtube for sure. It will be a little lighter without the bipod anyways. I'm not worried about the weight. It's only a 500 meter rundown and not 5 miles.

I guess standing at the 100 meter mound after running from the 500 mound could be a challenge with 17 lbs. Could still be fun! I handle my 12 pound M14 at run downs very well though. Some how I manage? I have too...because It's all I have :)!
