I was on the original pre order for these. Ended up backing out because of all the crap that took place. Then heard about all the reliability issues and was glad I did.
That being said, I am very tempted to get a gen 3, and the fact that CSC is now standing behind these even more so.

What website ad? Our web store states the NR rifles have button rifled, nitrided barrels.

This is reassuring. Glad you guys are doing this. I did buy a bolt from M+M a while back but haven't tried it yet but it could be the barrel since you mention it. I've had to hammer out a stuck case with a rod after the a day of stove pipes. I haven't had the ambition or desire to take it out again but this thread is motivating. We'll see what happens with the new bolt and maybe give it to you guys for a diagnosis. Thanks
None of your issues appear to be bolt related. I would recommend contacting gunsmith@theshootingcentre.com and discussing things with him.

Does anyone know what the cheek weld is like ( is it good or on the low side?). Or what height the riser is on the Zhukov stock? Wondering if I need to order a higher one.

Sure thing. I'm going to take er out today and try the new bolt anyway just to be sure. If it's the barrel though. Is that covered under M+M? Do you need the receipt for that?

I see some places selling a “Z” version of the M+M as well. FOC states that “This is the newest available version of the M10X rifle.” When referring to the version “Z”.
Can someone please clarify for me what the difference is between the “Z” and the “P” versions??
