Short answer, all m1 carbines will likely be valued the same, and likely not at the highest end of what they traded for.

I'll be looking at importing mine into the US - it's a Royal Thai Police Howa, so apparently if you remove the bayonet lug, they can be sent into the US since they're considered police surplus, not military. There were only about 11,000 total built, so it deserves to continue on in someone's hands.
 
The turd finished his father work! Turdeau had the M-1 carbine restricted with his 18,5 inch minimum barrel lenght, the drama teacher finish the work by banning them! I would like to point out that the RCMP are behind every guns on the list. They do not work to maintain order, they work to establish a police state à la chineese communist party.
 
It s all an election ploy,they keep banning guns to get votes and even if they lose and the Conservatives reverse everything then they will blame every crime involving guns on them .In their mind it s a win win scenario
 
Why do people think the CPC will reverse these bans, all they’re gonna do is say yes sir, no sir, and feed at the same trough the last bunch of scoundrels fed at. They want the common folk unarmed, all you gotta do is look at the other commonwealth countries, what makes Canada any different. They’ll do it by tiptoe or by strides, it don’t matter, it’s gonna happen. The question you gotta ask yourself is am I gonna obey this totalitarian regime, look at Stalin, Mao, and countless other dictators who pulled the same scam, how did that turn out for the people. It’s pretty close to crunch time, what side are you gonna be on?

Only party that can. Like hell we are going to vote for Liberals or NDP, and any other party is a vote for Liberals. So what other choice we got?

PPC or Maverick won't win any seats to make a difference. No party has done what they promised.

There was never going to be compensation.

The idiot bureaucrats have estimated compensation cost well under fair market value, and they have not even included costs of running the program which always increase at least tenfold.

And I cannot make me out of thinking they want to disarms us so we cannot fight invaders - the 51 st state proponents - disarmed we cannot fight them…sounds crazy but it make sense with Carney that is already sold to the US…remember he recommended his firm move to NY back in December and they did…nobody can says he is pro-Canadian…

I mean they litterally release criminals on weapon charges the same day. Then slap them with a weapon ban, when they already banned from owning guns. Buddy arrested a guy multiple times. Everytime with a prohibited firearm. Just recently a guy with a slam fire shotgun and a home made 22 in his house.

Another drug dealer a suppressed S&W 622.

We had this meth dealer charged a few years ago. With a saw off suppressed 22. Released the same day. Well she crashed her car into the power pole last year outside my house running from cops.

Speaking of meth head. One they ran from the cops thru fences with his truck, had his little nephew with him. They sent him to some jammy rehab where he was eating Lobster.

If they truly cared about going after criminals they make them serve jail time. But been documented that they made it easier for criminals. Didn't they make it that only can serve 25 years and then released?

Or they actually do something about the boarder.

So many dont want to listen or hear that they want to disarm us. We are the easy pickings.

I could be giving them too much credit but I'm thinking the M1 Garand and SKS are still with us for now because they have internal non detachable magazines.

Way too much credit. With the M1 Garand, it is specifically named in legislation as an exemption to the centerfire, 5 round, max capacity. In order for them to now prohibit it, they need to change the law...which requires a conversation (federal bill) in the house of commons. Too much work, and not likely to be successful, so they leave it because they are LAZY. Where the SKS is concerned, they leave it alone because it's bad optics for them to be disarming their darling oppressed, marginal, and poverty stricken, minority group. The Liberals would be seen as "punching down" on a group of people that they have spent billions of our dollars to "lift up", so they leave it because they are SPINELESS FA GGOT POLITICIANS.

They wouldn’t have the change the law to prohibit it. OIC banning applies to any firearm named. They OIC banned the Farquhar-Hill rifle and if I remember correctly that was also a magazine exempt rifle.

I said it before. I said it a decade ago when they were doing minor tweaks in our favour under the Conservatives. It all doesn’t matter as long as the OIC prohibited by name catagory exists. They can ban any firearm overnight with no consequences, literally ban them all, and all it takes is a OIC.
