M10x Unboxing

Bolt hold open mag?

I'm confused, I'm not super fluent in AK design... Does the bolt drop when you remove the mag, or do only certain mags work the hold open in the gun?

Magazine has to have a specific design, so follower in the mag pushes up BHO part in the receiver. Croatian AK mags have BHO friendly design.

First off, the Bolt Hold Open on the mag only engages on the last round BUT when the mag is removed the bolt slams home. These rifles DO NOT have a bolt hold open/lock like a vz or T81 when the mag is removed.

As for it being front heavy, no it isnt. Its balanced rather nice. The whole overall feel is pretty damn good!!!

Just despite canadians being pissed off at North Sylva or M+M doesnt make them sh!t rifles cuz they are far from sh!t

So there is no BHO on M10X. Wow.

Whats the point engaging if it doesn't hold it.

Nice. Looks good with the green. Is anyone in Canada actually carrying these after the pricing fiasco, or did you get it from the US directly? Also looking forward to the range report.

Even with the whole fiasco, still $800 cheaper than an Xcr, and you don’t have to remove the barrel to clean the gas system.
I noticed that the US msrp on the Z model has gone up.

I predict that the sour grapes moaning from the peanut gallery will soon be drowned out by the awesome sounds of 7.62x39mm gunfire from happy new M10X owners! Some losers just can't let go of their self-righteous indignation that M&M Industries would dare to decide what to charge for their rifles. LOL - Whatever! Don't let the "DMR-fixated" whiners rain on anyone's parade - the rifles are finally here as promised and they look fantastic! Let's get them out in the woods and onto the firing lines where they belong. Here's wishing all the happy New M10X owners a pleasant shooting experience!

I honestly want M10x to be awesome, mine is "in the mail".

Just to get my Vz58 to where M10x now, after I finished "magpul-ing" and "RS-regulate-ing" it, cost me about $600 and total $2K too.

Well my m10x build is complete.

Just got my red dot in the mail (Holosun 515GM military grade) and added some iron sights off of my B&T GHM9.

Really like this version holosun. Packed with tons of features!!!
