Hi, i have been lurking lot's lately, soaking in the most info before posting, since i have got an M305 i wish to convert to an excellent shooter, on my own.
I'm a very handy person and trust my ability to go through this.
Using the search function, i have created myself a binder, using posts mainly from hungry, lazarus2000 and skullboy, to know what exactly what needs to be done, in order of importance to boot it up.
Sourcing parts i am pretty confident as i have bookmarked many references along the recent long reads i have had.
One thing i have found the section lacking of, unless i have used the search function incorrectly, is a complete tool list to do everything on an M305.
From the simple castle nut pliers, to vise receiver blocks, to even the bigger stuff as a drill press with specific bit.
If i could know where to source some of these specialty items even better!
I am aware at some point i will need to outsource some work due to tooling expenses (i.e. i won't get a TIG welding unit to unitize maybe 2-3 gas blocks in my life), but i wish to get most of the tooling required, and hoping i can re-index barrels on my own and such.
EDIT : Just found this thread so i'm good to go.

With all these thread and info in the battle rifle section, it's easy to get lost around here!
