The Timberwolf is considerably more than a Coyote and both are outstanding rifles I'm sure. The M24 alone (new not used) would line up with the Coyote in terms of price but a few less accessories (no rail, brake, etc.) I like the Hogue stock better on the M24 and the fact that it's a 700 action means way more expandability.
Honestly I'd have to check one out to see if I could make the change.
The M24 is a HS Precision PST-011 stock, not Hogue.
I think the receiver of the coyote is a Rem 700 clone but I could be wrong on that one. The safety is different but the rest could be the same.
Just something to think about. I totally understand wanting to own a M24. There are better systems for the money but when you want something sometimes the rest just wont do. Good luck with your search.
