BC folks seems to get stuff the next day, AB the next or day after.

Canada Post for rifles XCountry is nasty. Recall ordered a rifle from Ontario store in weekend, shipped out Mon afternoon but missed the CP weekly mule ride so didn't get pick up till next week, arrive the Friday after, 10 business days for express post (must be pony express).
BC/AB is ship by CanPar, so far next day service for me.
