any have some experience with this ?
Its like an SKS, if the pin move freely, you are good to go. I didnt shoot my M305 yet except 3 rounds to mesure the cases but i have taken the bolt appart before use to remove cosmo and oil and many times after to get used to that, using the combination tool in the cleaning kit and a empty 30-06 case for reassembly but the norc extractor spring are longer and its more difficult to put it back together.never need to clean if i shoot only corrosive???

I highly doubt any 308 ammo we have access to is corrosive, unless you scored some really old oddball stuff at a gun show or something.
And . . . . wait . . . . the M14 COMES with a bolt disassembly tool. :s
I have a bolt disassembly tool, and find it handy. I took my bolt apart and found a small brass ring had formed around the firing pin. Seems that brass flakes had been pounded into a small wire ring around the pin. The tool makes the job low effort, and gives you time to concentrate on the task of getting the extractor out and back in. That can be a little finicky, and I appreciate the tool freeing up both hands.
