Maccabee SLR classification

FRT is not a legal document. It is RCMP's own interpretation of the regulation that works as an administration tool. By interpetating something as "prohib", it stops the importation of the said item because now the importer wont' be able to get the import permit. CBSA will stop the item inbound. This sucks the importers into the legal labyrinth - who is it having the time and money to challenge the foreign affairs and the CBSA, and then the RCMP lab?

The joe public is not even supposed to see all the FRT.

The FRT has as much legal power as CSSA's legal interpretation of the OIC on 12 ga.

What does it mean? The government is looking for a legal fight or they don't care. If you are an importer with a bunch of guns stuck at CBSA, you can potentially take this to the court to challenge the interpretation. They will use your money to fight your money.

If you are a manufacturer, you can totally ignore it until they harass you, and then take it to the court. Again, it is a money pit.

Does the government care? No, I think they are completely unhinged on the consequences.

I think we need multiple lawsuits going. Manufacturers, retail stores, owners (class action). One big one by CCFR which is done and then many many many medium sized to small ones. For every gun ban we should launch a challenge from different parties. Im ready to donate money and time.

This is foremost on my mind.

There is no plan but I’ll tell you the most probable future:
1) 60 cent Canadian dollar
2) Canada’s credit rating dropped by 2-3 notches
3) total (provincial and federal debt) debt at 100% of GNP <— this a killer
4) 20% or more drop in real estate values

Results
1) massive cuts across the board In health, education and public employees
2) GST raised 2%
3) yet another brain drain <— this the real killer

If you have a NR SLR, call CFC to register it as a restricted with a new short barrel.

If they refuse, get the lawyer in and then you will be able to start a chain of event that may lead to the court to decide whether it is covered by the OIC.

But again, they can totally add another OIC and that will just waste your money, if they are completely unhinged.

So it is more effective and efficient to challenge the basis of the OIC itself, suck it up for now and gear up for the election that must be called within 2 years.

Perseverance is the key here. This is going to be a full 2 years of struggle.

Sad day for gun owners. Second class citizens in our own country. Demonized by the media almost daily.

Called bullseye just now. Guy said they are still selling the “you know what’s” and will continue untill rcmp issue a cease and desist

I have never felt so abused in my life. This is unbelievable to say the least. It’s so wrong in every way that these laws cannot be accepted and followed by us. They can post whatever they like but at the end of the day it’s up to us to decide that we are not going to abide by this unreasonable act.
You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. I will drown first.
