The Remington mag is legal. The adapter was made for the 10/22 rifle only. Yes it can fit the charger pistol but was not made for that.
Also the Remington mag on its own will not fit the pistol so it’s legal to have it in your possession.
The same cannot be said for the butler creek mags even a 25rd mag all on its own is prohibited by the RCMP.
So not sure how to hey can charge you once you remove the mag it’s legal.
