YES he is, as Magpul is not allowed to export these due to ITAR restrictions.
Apparently Brownells is treating them the same as their gun fixing videos.
I hope they don't get into #### because of this, it could be bad for all of us if they get hammered like Midway did a few years back.

There is a thread on Sipers Hide. Said (generally) it was an infomercial for Horus. Starts out for the advanced shooter in the beginning and "slows" down from there. References made to the number of times that the instructor uses favorite words.

Based on reviews, I'm not so keen on it. Maybe those guys (Snipers Hide) are allot further along then me? So for them its kind of a waste?

It is one big long commercial for Horus. Cool stuff to see, but way to say that ATRAG is a tool not a crutch then rely on it for EVERY single shot.
