Magpul b.a.d. Lever

So how does that work? Pay in advance with a credit card? Ships whenever? Under $100, right?
I ordered from brownells, it was "out of stock" status so I just ordered it anyway and all you do is click, "Back order and ship when available" they only charge your card when it ships, however you do have to supply your card info upfont. It's under 100 so your good to go.... I also only waited about 2 weeks so its not too bad...

Good Luck

Brownell's is super addictive, because they sell all the little things most guys are after, this BAD lever was the only thing Ive had to back order, ever! They have a huge inventory and lots of selection.. I have ordered almost everything they had to offer for Magpul products.. also sights, stocks, tools, glock parts, etc. the list goes on... Prices are right on the money too....

Good Luck

Update

Just got my lever, 2.5 - 3 weeks total time after backorder, and about 30 bucks CDN to my door... As usual with Magpul quality is top notch and works great. I can see the benefit and it justifies the cost...

look nice but is it efficient?

I'm not sure what you mean by efficient??? It works the way it was designed to... It surely will aid in faster mag changes. I can keep my shooting position maintained, slam a mag in, press the BAD lever with my trigger finger and continue... If I need to lock the bolt back I can do so without having to change my grip position... So yeah I'd say it's "efficient"

That is about as definitive as I'll get I suppose. The BAD works for right hand people. Now imagine a southpaw. We would use the right hand to press the magazine release. The left remains on the grip. Is there enough beef to use that same right hand to close the bolt from the right side?

Oh I read ya... Yes that would work just fine.... ergonomically you could use your right hand thumb to operate the BAD lever, its basically in the same spot as the mag release... That would be perfect for you leftys...

Bonus, thanks, because we normally close the bolt with the left trigger finger if we loosen our grip a bit.

You frickin handicaps are such a hassle! I hear back in the day when schools were real schools they would slap the crap outa that devil worshiping left hand of yours until you conformed like the rest of us wankers.

Don't tell me you have red hair :)
