try brownells, there was a tread not too long ago with members who ordered some CTR stocks, if that made it here, so should the UBR.
the problem is the item has to be under $100 usd per item, which the ubr isn't
$265 USD to be exact.
i would call wolverine before you get your hopes up, they seem to be having the same problems with cross border shipping.

Thats not the reason at all. The US of A has refused export permits for collapsing stocks among other things. Price has nothing to do with it. Use to be that if an item was under a certain amount you didn't need an export permit (depending on the item). Some stuff (firearm related) has always required proper export papers.

thats exactly what i thought too, so i called brownells directly on thursday and specified i was canadian and wanted to order a ctr and butt pad, but the lady on the phone said it was a no go as the total was over $100.00 USD.
but the ctr was out of stock anyways, so i ordered an moe and they said no problem.
i wonder if the ctr and moe get around the law because they don't include the buffer tube and accesories, so technically that stock doesn't collapse as is![]()
I show the CTR buttstock at under $80 for both commercial and milspec, and the buttpad is $15 so that is still under $100
at brownells...
Either Brownells is unaware or they choose to ignore the US DOS mandate. Whatever the case thats good news for us up here in Canada. You said you called, but have you tried ordering online???
